Google User Data

How We Use Google User Data

PulsePath connects to your Gmail account solely to automate email organization. Specifically, the application:

No emails are composed, sent, forwarded, or deleted by this application. Google user data is used exclusively for the above automation and for no other purpose.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third party. Your Gmail data is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the email organization functionality described above. No external services, vendors, or partners receive access to your Google account data.

Data Protection

This application is self-hosted on private infrastructure accessible only through an encrypted private network (Tailscale VPN). Your Gmail data is never stored on public servers or transmitted over unencrypted connections. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally within the self-hosted n8n instance and are never exposed externally. Access to the application is restricted to authorized users only.

Data Retention and Deletion

PulsePath does not retain or store the content of your Gmail messages. Email data is processed in memory at the time of automation execution and is not written to any persistent storage. Labels applied to emails remain in your Gmail account and are fully under your control — you may remove them at any time directly in Gmail.

If you wish to revoke PulsePath's access to your Google account at any time, you can do so at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing access. Upon revocation, no further data will be accessed and no residual data is retained by this application.

Google API Services User Data Policy

PulsePath's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
